6 Month inspections do not require an accredited Inspector or Management Planner to be conducted.

 

6 Month inspections can be done by in house personnel that are trained and are a responsible party.  [RM2]

 

Completed inspections must be filed properly into the asbestos management plan at the school of record and the copy which resides at the district office.

 

3 year inspections are required to be performed by a licensed 3rd party consultant like MEC
