Asbestos-containing dust can be generated when asbestos-containing geological deposits are broken down through natural weathering or construction activities. This dust poses a severe risk to anyone who inhales it.
All asbestos samples are examined by a licensed analyst from an independent third-party laboratory that is accredited by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and takes part in the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP).
